FEAST International Inc.,
FEAST
"Food" is the most critical element in the food service industry. Founder of FEAST, Hisashi Furuichi, attained a degree from the Culinary Institute of America. Furthermore, FEAST has a fully equipped, state-of-the-art test kitchen on its premises to research and develop menu items for food service operations. FEAST also holds taste testings and conducts marketing taste tests on specific products. Great tasting food that fits in with your concept is central to FEAST's menu development activities.
FEAST
"Experience" is another crucial element in developing successful food service concepts. FEAST's staff includes those experienced in all aspects of food service particularly in kitchen equipment, accounting and marketing. FEAST has worked with several of Japan's major food manufacturers and restaurant chains on a variety of different projects. FEAST also has other "experience" it can draw on through connections with professional chefs, food manufacturers, equipment suppliers and restaurant operators.
FEAST
"Action" is what comes after concept development and planning. FEAST can help put plans into action in a number of different ways according to your specific needs and goals. FEAST can even operate and manage a concept on a consignment basis. FEAST can also develop a franchise structure designed for the Japanese market. For example, FEAST operates a Dippin' Dots Ice Cream store in Harajuku.
FEAST
"Service" goes hand in hand with "food" in the "food service" industry. FEAST develops training manuals and programs to train staff to help achieve your service goals. FEAST, in conjunction with Professor Yokoyama of Asia University, has also developed FRAS (FEAST Research and Analysis System) to best determine quality of service for the Japanese market based on service concepts developed by Texas A&M Professor Berry and Michigan State University Professors Knutson and Pete.
FEAST
"Tactics" are the specific strategies developed by FEAST for your individual needs and goals based on marketing research and our extensive familiarity of the Japanese market. "Tactics" would include, for example, promotional literature, exhibitions and events.
