Development of attractive menus and other promotional literature


Our team of food specialists have expertise in all areas of food service and menu development and therefore, know how to effectively present it in menus, point-of-purchase and other promotional literature. These sales tools are evaluated on design, quality of photography, styling, and coordination specific to food and cuisine. We use our extensive network of food professionals who work together for coordinated sales package that includes the menu and other sales tools. In addition to our advanced, fully-equipped commercial-grade kitchen, FEAST has a photography studio for cuisine and food.

Efficient, clean kitchen design


Based on a study of the menu and operation of a food service facility or restaurant, FEAST can develop an overall lead design. This design is provided to a kitchen designer who can then produce a set of construction-ready drawings including floor plan and elevation to be put out for competitive bid. By out-sourcing the actual final design, we save our clients money, yet provide a high-level of build-in expertise by providing detailed specifications such as thickness and sheeting of metal finish on equipment. We can also provide designs that are HACCP-compliant for a clean, long-lasting kitchen setup.

Coordination with famous chefs


FEAST has a robust network of famous, 3-star Michelin chefs in Japan. No matter what cuisine--Japanese, French, Italian or Chinese--we can utilize the resources of these famous chefs to develop menu ideas, offerings and recipes.
